How do I book?
Choose a vehicle and dates, review your request and open WhatsApp. The operator needs to confirm availability, the exact model, pickup and the final quotation before you book.
Is the deposit part of the rental price?
No. The refundable deposit is shown separately. Its return depends on the agreed inspection, fuel, damage, fines and other deductions. Confirm the refund timeframe in writing.
How are rental days counted?
The demo calculates each day as 24 hours, with return at the same time as pickup. Contact the operator for different return times and late-return charges.
Can seven people travel in an Ertiga?
The seven-seat count includes the driver. If every seat is occupied, luggage room is limited. Share your passenger and luggage details before booking.
What documents do I need?
Ask the operator for the minimum age, valid driving licence category and ID verification requirements. This demo does not collect documents.
Are fuel, tolls and parking included?
No. They are separate from the example rental prices. Confirm fuel return policy, permits, taxes and any delivery charges before paying.
What if I cancel or return late?
